We are looking for a confident, organised and approachable person who will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of our Contact Centre.
You will provide leadership and delivery of customer centre first point of contact information services that are solutions-focussed and delivers customer responsive outcomes of a high quality in a timely manner.
You will need to be a team player who possesses excellent leadership and mentoring experience as well as concise verbal communication skills. You will be an enthusiastic self-starter, with a track record of achieving outstanding results quickly. In addition to your first class communication and organisational skills, you will be proficient with technology and skilled at getting the best from those you lead. A strong work ethic and the desire to make a valuable contribution is essential.
This position requires political sensitivity, discretion and the maturity to deal with demanding situations. As well as an ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain a good sense of humour, you will be able to think on your feet and be skilled at getting the best from those you lead.
