This is an 18 month fixed term contract working on a significant business transformation project, which includes the implementation of a new ERP solution.
In this role you will co-ordinate and ensure business users are adequately trained and understand the full functionality of the solution relevant to their roles.
You will be responsible for creating training material for a variety of stakeholders that will be internal and external to the organisation. Training material and training delivery is likely to be varied and will be adapted to suit stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will need experience in training and transferring skills to end users and peers, as well as applying information systems knowledge with the ability to assist users to resolve their own problems with applications and systems.

Coupled with your excellent people skills you will be working closely with the business to understand training needs and complete training needs assessments.
